What's the use of screaming my name
I got nothing to it so, don't mean a thing
I got tears that grow from the ground
They sprout a smile and skip the town
I'll play the martyr, you'll be the slave
I'll be the lover, you'll be the laid
You'll get the money, I'll fit the bill
You smoke to the sunrise, hunny
I'll take the pills
What's the price of the mascara worn down your face
When you left that pretty little place called home
We been on since the TV was
What's the use when the getting's tough
I've been to places where the getting grows backbones
Silly girl can't make some sense
With those dirty little dollars hanging from your pants
Want a way to get it back, the love you lost when you hit the track
You can't have it
Cause the train hit
Now it's dead let's just admit it
'll play the martyr, you'll be the slave
I'll be the lover, you'll be the laid
You'll get the money, I'll fit the bill
You smoke to the sunrise, hunny
I'll take the pills

This is an old fave and I will never not love StarKid's music.
Also Joe and Tyler as Snape and Lucius singing Guys Like Potter just brings me so much joy Maria
The four songs on this brief EP put a heavy emphasis on big, bright vocal melodies and punk rock nerviness—perfect for the warming weather. Bandcamp New & Notable May 7, 2023
So in love with this album I know I'm discovering this quite a few years later but you never cease to amaze me. Loved Freelance Whales and I love the new stuff with Computer Games, so I'm really happy to have found this Jewel and I want to Thank You for doing all you do, including the guitar lessons you gave me which were alot of fun and I'm still trying to pick up stuff it's just going to take some time. But anyway I'm going to stop talking. Love the Album and super Happy it exists and that you decided to try something on your own. alexmusicrocks
